Elana Schramm 
Assistant to Rabbi Watstein and Executive Director Shai Habosha
Elana is originally from Montreal where she attended McGill University. She relocated to Pembroke Pines 38 years ago. Elana has a son named Jake, who is 26. Her professional background has ranged from working as a Hebrew teacher, Secretary, and Director of Membership at a Temple in Plantation. She is very happy to be here at B’nai Aviv and looks forward to meeting everyone soon, please stop in and say hello.
Marni Landsberg 
Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Marni started her career in the print industry as a Graphic Designer. She then spent a few years home taking care of her two children now adults. She then went back to work as a pre-school teacher for a Shul in New Jersey, then subsequently, a Religious School teacher (for several Synagogues), an Administrative Coordinator for a Preschool and Religious School and then an Administrator for another Synagogue in New Jersey. After many years in the cold weather she decided to move to Florida. She started working for B’nai Aviv in August 2020.

Cookie has been at B’nai Aviv for over 22 years. She loves watching our children grow from Kindergarten through B’nai Mitzvah and enjoys when they stop in to say Hello when they visit from college. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, especially her granddaughters.
Lisa Lerner
Education Specialist/Early Childhood & Camp
Lisa is originally from New York. She relocated to Weston 25 years ago. She is married with two children - both her kids are in college at the University of Florida. Her professional background has ranged from working as a Merchandiser to working at non-profits and also being a preschool teacher for many years. Her passion is working with the little ones. In her spare time she is a child and adult certified yoga instructor. She enjoys running, yoga, reading, dogs and spending time with her family.
